Service & support
L.T.T. Europe offers service and support before, during and after the installation of your new leak test equipment. We want to make sure your products meet the higher requirements the industry asks for. That is why it is also important that your leak test equipment keeps performing reliable tests. We offer support during the installation of the equipment, we give training & education and perform annual calibration of the equipment to keep the equipment in top condition.
We offer multi-year service and calibration contracts, but also single calibration depending on your (equipment’s) needs. The service and calibration are normally performed at your location, but it is also possible to send the measuring equipment to our service location.

The installation and start-up of all new test units is done on-site by our skilled engineers. Our people will carefully install and configure the equipment at your site and conduct the initial tests together with you.

With our experience, we also provide on-site training for your people, so that they can also create and configure leak test menus themselves. If necessary, we can even guide you through an OQ and PQ run.

Calibration
For the calibration of your measuring instrument, our people will visit you to calibrate the measuring instrument on-site. If necessary, we also conduct minor repairs on-site. It is often also possible to slide the ZEDCore unit out of the machine yourself, to send it to us in the special flight case, so we can do the calibration in our workshop.

Service & support
When the calibrations take place in our workshop, there is a possibility in consultation to install temporary equipment at your location so that production can continue during the calibration.
We calibrate and certify the fixed leaks in our special workshop. We will clean all parts ultrasonically according to our standard procedure, after which the flow values of the leaks are checked.
You will of course receive a corresponding certificate with the test values. The flow values can be tested and checked at your specific pressures.
