ZEDcore

The ZEDcore is the measuring cell that fits into the ZEDsatellite or ZEDbase+. Multiple ZEDcore’s can be controlled by a ZEDcontrol, ZEDbox or ZEDbase+. The ZEDcore comes in leak testing ranges varying from -1,000mbar up to 16 bar. It is standard calibrated according to ISO 127025 or can have an optional DAkks calibration.

  • The test pressure accuracy is 1% of the end value

The measuring methods build into the ZEDcore are:

MF Mass flow
RD Relative pressure, standard 1 channel (2nd channel optional)
RD/DF Relative pressure with flow rate
RD/GP Relative pressure with bell testing
DD Differential pressure
SD Accumulation pressure
